Relax and allow your stress to melt away.  Breathe deeply and feel your body let go of tension. This 90-minute gentle yoga class is designed to facilitate total relaxation - leaving you feeling restored, rejuvenated, and renewed. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes for this class - all levels welcome.  Bring your yoga mat if you have one.  We have a limited supply of mats and props for your use at no charge.  Please arrive early.
