Gentle Yoga

This 90-minute gentle yoga class is designed to facilitate total relaxation - leaving you feeling restored, rejuvenated, and renewed. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes for this class - all levels welcome. Bring your yoga mat if you have one. We have a limited supply of mats and props for your use at no charge. Summer Arts Camp in July!
The Fitzgerald-Ben Hill Arts Council is excited to announce that we will be offering three art camps during the month of July! (July 7-9, July 14-16, and July 21-23) There will be a maximum of 30 participants during each camp experience. These camps will be more small group experience with a max. of 10 participants in each group that are divided by age. This is a more in depth learning experience. This camp is for children 6 - 12 years old. Painting, Music, Fabric Art, Yoga (check schedule) $60 per child (includes all supplies) Advance registration required. more info |
